Description modern painting sprout in the universe "Self-portrait":
Recovery, rise, growth after having been through an experience of being in an exhausted state. It was a period of a horrible depression, the beginning of year 2020, 1,5 months of being able to only lie shutting all external stimuli out, even the sound of a running tap would bring pain. An absolute lack of energy, constant desire to close the eyes, shut the external world out and curl up. The destruction happening inside seemed never-ending and was excruciating. Total immersion into yourself, what you are feeling in your body, a realization that you are falling apart and at some point understanding that you need to save yourself, you have to come out of this, lift yourself from the bottom and start fully breathing and feeling again. There was only one task then - to awaken the desire to live, to recharge. It was followed by a soft, careful and lengthy recovery and coming back to my whole and invigorated self.
