"Fear. Of course it is very individual, very vast and intricate. Sometimes it penetrates, pervades and poisons so deeply that it is difficult to see beyond it; it is difficult to become aware of the temporary state you are in amidst your negative feelings. It is encouraging, however, that it is possible to overcome it, to exclude it, to become aware of its source and to change your perception of the situation".
